Trainer Tip - Resistance equipment should be used once per session. Try to exert yourself on a leg press for example so much so that after you complete your reps your in such a state that you physically cannot do more on the machine to return to it later. The idea is to resist your body against the weight ratio.
 

Biomechanics

Using the latest CAD and design technology, our team of experienced designers have created the perfect range. Along with pivot points, balancing and variable hand grip positions the correct body motion is achieved.

 

Ease of Use

Numerical seat adjustment creates a convenient easy to use adjustment system. Used alongside our unique, maintenance free polymer bearings and anodised track system the seat will always lock firmly and safely into each position providing a stable training platform.

 

Instruction Placards

Simple, step by step instructions and highlighted diagram ensure correct & safe use of all machines. Clearly visible from the exercise position users can see how to operate the machine and the muscles exercised.

 

Comfort

To ensure all equipment meets the demands of today’s market, we use double foam covered with the finest quality material and double stitched edging. This creates the perfect combination of machine and comfort. Cushion padding completes the overall wellness and gives you the melted feeling, this is great as you want to focus on training and not worry about comfort or injury prone equipment.

 

Shrouded Weight Stack

Shrouded weight stacks provide a safety feature not only for the user, but for bystanders also. Enhancing the look of the machine, while providing safety the shroud is a key feature of every machine.

 

Branding

Branding of equipment is created by means of embroidery upon the upholstery. As an available option club names can be embroidered on all upholstery for a more personalised machine. We do not limit this to only resistance range either.
