Upper Body

The upper body is about working your shoulders and core. Including your chest, back and abs. Everything from your pectorals, deltoids and triceps.

Trainer Tip - Using a pull up bar is a great way to find out if your improving. Set yourself a goal to do 10 full pull ups with your whole body relaxed, start dangling from the bar and lift up. Do this as many times as you can as fast as you can in one go. Record your results after three sets (30 second wrest period between). Repeat the process once a week and monitor results.
